Today was a long and tiring morning. Who say Playgroup is just for baby seat? I got to know that after service the whole place need to be converted to the WYZ zone bazaar. The moment I heard that I said to myself this time round tio owned le.

The people begin to come into the room place their things inside. Not knowing it will cause a hazard to the kids. This people just think of their program and don't care about us. We have 7 teachers today and over 75 kids!!!! The whole entire room was like a flee market. The maid was talking away... Ps Eileen came in and spot check.. in the end we got scolded. Joel's mummy told me... hao ren nan zhou. I chased 3 people out because they were eating inside the room. I was doing multi-task job machiam like the god who has 10 hands. Well plenty to say and complain but always think of the good moments.

Today hardly I got time to play with Joyce and Erin. But they were very obedience today. Haha today I wanted to cry man... Erin call my name and ask for something. The tone she call me was so sweet. First time I believe... and when she need some one to wear shoes for her, she came to me and ask me wear for her! Erika also call my name and ask me to help her! Wa.... how tired I am is worth it man. The feeling was beautiful.. my 2 sweety melts my heart.

I fed Lara breakfast today. Let me intro her to u guys... she is Lara my latest sweet heart. She is 2 and every week will greet me by name!!

I HATE balloon!!! I feel like bursting them off once and for all. Beside the room was a booth set up for some childcare thing la then they were giving away balloon. So all the kids who came into playgroup will have it. As usual CK as the bad personnel in Playgroup, I confiscated all their balloon even before they go inside the room. (Look below) I just simply put them aside. I went in to check if there was any balloon and to my surprise there was! I went in and took every single balloon I could found. I cannot afford the class to be disrupted by those balloon.

Really doing a lot of extra work today. (Sai kang) No wonder my own work is not productive today. There was a few things I need to do but I simply have no time for it. Not to day play with my kids. NO TIME! Then offering come I need to collect the next moment is altar call and parents start coming in and out. Ya I also leading a learning center today. I was running here and there... I got 1 daddy to help me guard the door haha... Initially I ask Erin to help because we simply don't have the manpower. But during Music and Movement Erin put me aeroplane. LOL.

I had a conversation with Joyce's mummy in the morning about my SOT. She commended me smart enough to maximise my time by going SOT before NS. I reply that I need to do so because I need to work after my NS to support my wife haha. She tot I have a Girlfriend. I say no lei waiting for you to find for me. Here comes the God's word... He who find a wife is wise!! Not he who ask people to find.... She said that to me I was shock. Haha.. mummy told me this is her first time saying such thing to people. Wow... I felt like a revelation! She told me you sure can find de la... Wa.. I am so blessed with such a good parents.

Yes is true he who find a wife is wise. Especially good wife. So I need to count everything on myself. Be it the wedding cost be 50k or 70k, I will work hard to earn and save for that day with left over and then can go Europe for honeymoon. I found my bell boy and girl le. Ethan and Joyce haha. Erin and Erika also can... =) I don't need to fear man.. I have many parents whom i can approach for tips on wedding and parenting stuff haha wa really looking for that day. Can you feel my effort? Is not easy but as long is for the love, how difficult and hard work are all worth it!!!

I really want to thx Suzhen, Caiping and Jollie for celebrating my birthday. Although the present is not yet ready, and the cake was a slice of cheese cake, I really am touch by all of your gesture and sincerity. I am really really touch... especially the birthday song. Is always the small details that touches people.

Just came home from Island Creamery in Adam Road with Hui Shan. She bought me a tee shirt from Bangkok so decided to pick up from her and then decide to drive over to Island Creamery for some Ice Cream.

Saw some students in school Uniform behaving intimate in the cafe. When they left the place, the guy was hanky panky with his gf. His hand was all over the place. Hui Shan told me the guy forgot to take away his HP and Wallet. OMG.. I think he really got carried away with his gf.. haha =)

Is a place with nice Ice cream and cake... Bingo! =)

Wednesday, April 22, 2009?

A team of 15 surveyors spent hundreds of hours interviewing and studying unchurched people in developed urban cities. During a period of two years, they entered the world of the unchurched, taking the time to listen to people of all age groups and finding out the concerns they had toward their own lives and toward their relationships with those around them. From the rich, to the middle class and the poor, from the uneducated to the professors and doctors, they spoke to people from different races and varied ethnic backgrounds.

The survey confirmed that most of the unchurched are in fact all around us—our neighbors, coworkers and colleagues, classmates and family members. That leads to another conclusion: that the unchurched have much more in common with believers than what we often suppose. Many of them share our same moral values—honesty, education, hard work, filial piety, etc.

The unfortunate truth is that a large number of Christians think of the unchurched as "fire-breathing pagans" who are, for some unknown reason, furious with us. They are viewed as pagans that don't believe in the existence of God. Apparently, they hate the church so much that they want to destroy all Christians. Yet, an interesting result of the survey reveals otherwise—a whopping 95 percent of "unchurched persons next door" do act like churchgoing Christians.

Now, of course, there are basic differences between churched and unchurched people. The most important distinction is that they have neither received salvation through Jesus, nor are they motivated to please God through their lifestyles. Apart from that, some of the common ties that they share with believers include:

- The unchurched are concerned about their families.
- Their moral values are not too radically different.
- They work alongside us.
- Their children play together with our children.
- Some of the unchurched may even be the teachers of our children.
- They carry friendly conversations with us.
- They often have similar financial burdens.
- They are just as patriotic as we are toward our country.
- Many of the unchurched even live in the same homes as we do ... they may be our unsaved family members!

To be continued....

I have a tots on my way home just now.

Sometime we really must learn how to say NO to people. Setting the boundaries. It must be a balance way of living and do not let people control you. But that is another story. What I want to share is other thing....

If we must learn how to say No, mean we must also learn how to say YES and especially to blessing! God is never shy in receiving praises from us. He is never feeling inferior in receiving all our offering.

I was buying gifts for Jason birthday just now. Then I have no idea what to buy. It will be good if he openly say what really he wants. I mean after all people are buying for him so it will be good we buy things that he really want if not it will be a waste of money. Suddenly the Holy Spirit prompt my heart 'today is Friday'. Then I was ya Friday... then I think ooo 2 more weeks to my birthday! lol... God indeed has a sense of humor.

Time files.... 2 more weeks on Friday 1st May 2009, I celebrate my 21st birthday. Every Labor Day is my birthday. God gave me 21 years of life and I really thank Him for that. So the question is... how am I going to celebrate and what I want for present. Haha.. I mean I don't want to behave in a manner where I am saying 'is ok la dun need to buy' or 'anything la is ok'. I mean most people will behave like that. But for me I will not say what i want ba because I want to see who truly know me well haha.. take this chance to do some testing.

I know I may not be a good friend to many and I have offended many but I think I do make many people life before ba?? =) So it will be interested to see what people will buy for me and I really appreciate all gifts and those friends that will be going to celebrate this special day with me.

PS: Don't buy any clothes and accessories. I have plenty already. No IPOD, Camera or any electronic gadget. I have them all... LOL.

It's interesting to have a look at the different types of buildings that are used for church around the world. Here is a list of the 5 most unique church buildings in the world.

1. Harajuku: Japanese Futuristic Church
This futuristic protestant church is located in Tokyo and it was first unveiled by the design firm of Ciel Rouge Creation in 2005. The ceiling is specially made to reverberate natural sound for 2 seconds to provide a unique listening experience for worshipers and tourists.
2. Saint Basil's Cathedral: The Red Square's Colorful Church
The St. Basil's Cathedral is located on the Red Square in Moscow, Russia. A Russian Orthodox church, the Cathedral sports a series of colorful bulbous domes that taper to a point, aptly named onion domes, that are part of Moscow’s Kremlin skyline. The cathedral was commissioned by Ivan the Terrible to commemorate the capture of the Khanate of Kazan. In 1588 Tsar Fedor Ivanovich had a chapel added on the eastern side above the grave of Basil Fool for Christ, a Russian Orthodox saint after whom the cathedral was popularly named.
3. Hallgrímskirkja: Iceland's Most Amazing Church
The Hallgrímskirkja (literally, the church of Hallgrímur) is a Lutheran parish church located in Reykjavík, Iceland. At 74.5 metres (244 ft), it is the fourth tallest architectural structure in Iceland. The church is named after the Icelandic poet and clergyman Hallgrímur Pétursson (1614 to 1674), author of the Passion Hymns. State Architect Guðjón Samúelsson's design of the church was commissioned in 1937; it took 38 years to build it.

4. Temppeliaukio Kirkko: The Rock Church

The Temppeliaukio Kirkko (Rock Church) is a thrilling work of modern architecture in Helsinki. Completed in 1952, it is built entirely underground and has a ceiling made of copper wire. It was designed by architect brothers Timo and Tuomo Suomalainen and completed in 1969. They chose a rocky outcrop rising about 40 feet above street level, and blasted out the walls from the inside. It is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Helsinki and frequently full of visitors.

5. Cathedral of Brasília: The Modern Church of architect Oscar Niemeyer
The
Catedral Metropolitana Nossa Senhora Aparecida in the capital of Brazil is an expression of the architect Oscar Niemeyer. This concrete-framed hyperboloid structure, seems with its glass roof to be reaching up, open, to heaven. On 31 May 1970, the Cathedral’s structure was finished, and only the 70 m diameter of the circular area were visible. Niemeyer's project of Cathedral of Brasília is based in the hyperboloid of revolution which sections are asymmetric. The hyperboloid structure itself is a result of 16 identical assembled concrete columns. These columns, having hyperbolic section and weighing 90 t, represent two hands moving upwards to heaven. The Cathedral was dedicated on 31 May 1970.

Maybe who know our new building will be in the top 5 in future? =)

Today was a mix feeling day for me. Morning was ok as I get to play with all my beloved kids. Haha below Joyce became a SOT student. For quite a long while, I had play with Christian. To my surprise he still remember my name. Haha getting more and more good looking like Ps Aries. Joyce was complaining to me that Joash always bully her. Haha... Joash so small size keep bullying Joyce which is heavier than him LOL. Lara is so cute. Aiya forgot to take a picture of Lara.. u guys will love it. Many teacher tried to say hi to her etc but when she saw me she will greet me by my name. Hehe.. so sweet. Finally Sunday Expo have a new girl le... haha nt bad LOL =)

I thought this was so cute. Erin and Ethan water bottle from USA. I borrow from Ethan to take this picture. For a very long time I have bring Ethan to the toilet. Just now I brought him and he was indeed a grown up boy. He go inside those with doors and lock and command me to wait outside as in the basin! I was shock haha. I help him press the tap he say don't I can do myself. Haha No longer the boy I knew but he will be always a young boy in my eyes.

I was so offended by 2 person just now. I am so SO angry. Firstly was because Ethan was injured on his face because of some 1 stepping onto him according to Ethan himself. He was crying and crying. Kelvan sms me and I rush out to attend him le. O man heart pain. I ask auntie Joy if I could find some cream in the 1st aid box to see if I can apply to him. But I am unsure of the medication there so I decided not to do anything. But there was a guy from children church also came and act as if he know Ethan very well. He told me this that really pissed me of. His tone was so sickening and sucks. He said " if you don't know anything please don't apply anything on him." I mean come on in the 1st place I ask his maid permission and 2nd you think I am so stupid to give my boy something that I am unsure of? Since day 1 Ethan was with me le and who is he to give me that kind of attitude? Even Susan, Ps Derek wife give me the respect always will greet me and smile at me. Some people just like to look down on people. Just because they wear Ed Hardy shirt or they have many connection in church then they can show their attitude around. Hai... lousy people...
Secondly was a teacher in Saturday Expo. What is the big deal about her man?? Because she is a asst IC or a senior teacher then she can behave so bossy? Come on!! If you want to show the way you do things PLEASE do it during Saturday expo svs la. Sunday service have different culture. I do the way I am doing since day 1. Nobody had ever make noise at me. Today I was very pleased because it was a stretch for me. I did the Hello then the Music & Moment then my learning centers finally snacks. Which mean I was doing many things today. I was tired but happy inside of me. I love doing what I am doing. Teaching them and bringing the presence of God to them. I just love it. But some people is just so dead in doing things. SuZhen was saying qian yu and I together do the Hello. But I disagree because i find it no point having 2 people doing Hello. Since day 1 is been 1 person doing it. I just don't understand and I disagree. In the end like I say I did it by myself and the children enjoy it. I love doing Hello because I find myself always start the whole service well as it will lead to how the service end. That girl just want to find fault with me. Yes I know I never tell her that I am doing it alone but I already make my stand to suzhen le. Cut the story short she ask me next time please follow instruction!! OMG... who the hack is she to tell me follow instruction??? The last time I check not many kids know her name!! Even parents see me will greet me. I am not hao lian or what but i am just saying some people just think they have arrived. I don't care if I am the IC or not all I care is what I do if it will minister to the kids and ultimately will the kids bring the joy and what they learn back home. If they will greet me by my name I will be totally contented.
I am just sick and tired working with girls that give me the bossy look and attitude. If I never forget, we are all volunteer serving God. So please don't look down on people and show all your lousy attitude. I don't step your tails so please don't step mine!

  2. Emotional: On the Cross, Jesus brought us acceptance
  3. Physical: On the Cross, Jesus brought us healing
  4. Personal: On the Cross, Jesus brought us blessing
  5. Financial: On the Cross, Jesus brought us abundance
  6. Renewal: On the Cross, Jesus brought us the new man
  7. Eternal: On the Cross, Jesus brought us eternal life

This weekend going to be an tired but exciting time. Just now went to RP to reach out to the foreign students living at the hostel. It was my 1st time doing such thing but it really apply what I learn in SOT. I was with Jason and Shu Jun.. the team SOT. LOL... It was very fun knocking door and inviting people for Easter service. We do have some friends and I pray they will come and be save!

If Jesus never resurrect from dead, then Christianity is nothing but the same as others.... the truth is Jesus is alive and this determined it all =)

It was 6am in the morning and I drove a 25mins journey from my home to Changi Airport. Ming Wei is going to Beijing so I went to sent him off. He was very excited as this is his first time taking a plane. I am so happy for him. =)

Around 745am, I was rushing to SOT. Fearing of traffic Jam I decided to use TPE. But I miss the exit and end up going toward Jurong (Tuas). It was the heaviest TRAFFIC JAM I have ever had. I blame myself for that. It took me 45mins to go out of the stupid jam when I arrive at IMM area. The jam was terrible. My half clutch position cause me so tired and sleepy.... nearly fall sleep on a slope in the expressway!! But after experience all this, I feel my driving skills improve a lot some more my car is an old manual car. Haha.. skillful de... =) Ya.. I was late for 15mins and 15mins more I gonna clean the Church toilet =(

Is 12pm+ and we have just finish our break. Going on to the next lesson. But God has another plan. Ps Derek lead us into a time of reaching out to the Holy Spirit and the atmosphere is filled with faith. Ps Derek was praying for people across the main audi. People were falling even Ps Derek have even touch them. Laughter everywhere. Ps Derek then walk around the hall and lay hand on people. He step on the chair and walk row by row. He went for 2 rounds across the hall. I was at the side of the hall and Ps Derek grab my hand and I fell hard on the ground. Felt like I am electrocuted multiple of time before reaching the ground. I thank the person who was behind me to catch me. It was really hard. I just enjoy His presence lying on the floor. When I get up, I felt so giddy and restless. But I was full of faith! Ps Derek said that we are here for a 'Spiritual boot camp' Morning prayer & long worship. Building up our connection with God. Yea.. I can feel it I really can feel it...Woooossssshhhhhh.

I have a class mate from Japan Hiro and wife Miki. Hiro ask me am I attach? I say well not yet. He ask me how old well i replied 21 this year. He say IS TIME TO GET ATTACH. Wa... a word from Japan. AMEN!!

Another Japanese... Naomi a CHC stuff. She was surprise to see me in SOT. She thought I am a CGL... LOL. Japanese is good Amen! =)
