Spiritual Housekeeping
I pray before I went for service this afternoon. God answered my prayer. It was a good service. I am convicted on some of my bad habits. I was seated in the 2nd row, behind Ps Kong. I evaluated his preaching haha just trying to get some last minutes things for my preaching test next week. Anyway Pastor Kong score a 95% on his preaching! So where is the 5%? Ask me personally. =)
Ps Kong talk about the Holy Spirit. We need to create an atmosphere where we can feel the presence of the Holy Spirit. Every service is indeed to experience God presence and we cannot take it lightly! Ps Kong gave a 6/10 for svs 1 on the spiritual atmosphere. He was mentioning maybe the young people there are not spiritually fit yet. People were sms, walking around and never bring Bible etc.... Immediately after that, phones were ringing everywhere around me!! Ps kong was distracted. Ps Zhuang expression shows a worried man! There was a bunch of young people obviously new friends because they wear shorts. 1 of the phone rang was from them.
Ps Kong began to disciple the people indirectly through the sermons. The tones change and the atmosphere suddenly became intense. Ps Kong mentions that we need to pray and be hungry for the Word of God during service and being serious. He told the people in svs 1 which I find is so true. We are here in Church not to play game and we don't lower down the standard of the Church. Be serious during service. He make a remark which I don't wish to said it here haha... so the bunch of young people said to 1 another that.. the pastor is talking about them. They make negative remarks... I was very offended! Arhh so many to say... Ask me personally ba haha... too sensitive to write in the blog. =(
1 thing I felt is that we should bring our Bible to Church. It is so basic! Ya I know people have bible in their hp etc... well i don't mind but I strongly discourage! To look verses in the hp will have a high chances of distracting you when a sms is sent to you. For a few weeks I never bring bible to church but somehow I felt uneasy. So I started to bring my bible to church again. I feel we should have some originality kept.
Ps Kong just rated svs 2, 7/10 on the Spiritual atmosphere. So svs 3 and 4 come on!! Especially my own svs 4! Lets really respect God during service. Like what Ps kong say, if you are in Church for a while pls get on with the program if not you can go other church. CHC will move on with or without you. Is time to get serious if you want to be a disciple of Jesus. Don't 1 day, you call Lord Lord and Jesus rebuke you and ask you to go away for He do not know you!
On the lighter side, I was doing some shopping this morning at Ikea, while going to the cashier, Joash called me haha. I saw Joyce and Joash and their daddy. OMG... I was so happy to see them. I never notice them until Joash call me name. Teacher CK!

My ministry friends were so sweet.. they prepare a loving card for me with messages to wish me all the best for NS. Haha.. I serve my last ministry yesterday and already I started to miss them. My Triple E left for USA this morning.. will be seeing them during my SOT graduation.Time are limited for me now.. so many things to do. Need to know what is my priority now!

I went to orchard for a walk alone this afternoon. Well first I went to Borders to check up a books which I am looking for it high and low through out Singapore. Still no stocks!! Then I saw Orchard Ion... It was so nice. 21st july will be official opening. LV already open for business. It was big about half the size smaller than LV Paris. It reminded me of those days when I always go to the world biggest LV shop in Paris to shop. After that I went to TAKA... there was a food fair, I bought hot dog and Ice cream to eat for fun.. haha saw a pretty and cute girl. BUT... she is a lesbian. WTF!!! Then I went to Heeren to spend away my $100 voucher! But hor I don't know what to buy lei... Ed Hardy is still very ex for me as for now I am paying my SOT school fees. Y must buy me Heeren voucher???? I think I should me thankful the CG gave me present. But seriously Heeren has nth offer for me! I guess I got to keep it to buy my CNY clothes at Ed Hardy next year ba... save money. =(
I went for my last stop at Orchard Central. I was quite impress but the shop was a disappointment. It remind me of some neighbourhood shopping mall. The shop are terrible and nothing much to offer! Should have some big department stalls or sth. After 2 hrs walking Orchard, it was unfruitful, I went back home for dinner. It was a bored, lonely and disappointed trip to orchard!!
I saw a tee with words in front "Dear God thank You for Beer, Woman and Football" I want to buy de but it cause a bloody $50! CRAZY!!!!!!!!

I was preaching Faith today. Dev was there to invigilate. From the video you saw me shaking a lot haha I also did not know until I saw the video. WC la do stunned.. make the camera vertical thus we need to turn out head to watch the last part! Haha... I thought I had a good start but it wasn't the impact I was intending to give. Did not end well =( Judge yourself by watching and do comment on it. The next round will be 22 and 23 of July. Do stay tune for that.

Times files... I remember 2 years ago I enroll myself to BBDC to learn my driving. So I tool about 10 mths to learn driving and tomorrow will be my 1 year of probation! Haha no longer I need the stupid triangle plate!!! Never could I imagine I been driving for the past 1 years wow... now just pray for a new car coming! COE drop in Jesus name!! LOL
Next Tuesday, I have a preaching test. I am going to preach about Faith. Will try to record down the message and take some picture whenever possible. Will share with you guys if that is done! Please pray for me in the next few weeks everything will be fine for me in SOT, my exams and preaching test. Looking towards my SOT graduation.. so excited. I want to take picture with 2 important person especially! Will be a dream come true if can take together haha =)
