Interesting conversation with Ethan

I was talking to Ethan just now before SOS Bible study starts. He was eating his dinner. Erin was sound asleep on the mat. I warn those older boys to be careful and not to make too much noise. They like don't care about me... kids now are hard to handle. Especially Primary school kids like them.

Anyway they are going back to America in ard 3 weeks time. Which mean I have only 3 weeks with them and I'll be away from ministry for a very long time. I have decided to serve the remaining weeks I have. After all this year is my 4th year in ministry. Which mean Ethan is 6 years old le. Next year going to be Primary 1.

He will be studying in an International school and class with start around August for him. I ask him if he is feeling excited. He gave me a big smile! I guess he is feeling excited. We chat a bit then he ask me to stand up. I was curious so I stood up and he say "you see look how tall I am now compare to u." LOL

I think back 4 years ago, he was just a baby boy with little hair. Now going to Primary 1 next year! His hair is long and is getting taller. I think back and I see him now, he really grow up together with me. He is going P1 while I am going NS. He use to greet me teacher CK BUT now he just say hi or hello... informal kind haha.

It is really one of the greatest achievements to see your students grow up to the next stage of their life and move on. Javier too... haha. Gonna try to take picture with them before they leave for USA while I leave for Tekong =(
