This week I think I really share a lot in my blog. But I think what I about to share is something VERY important, URGENT and perhaps shocking or scary to some people. I use my life as a guarantor, what I about to share here is by no mean true based on the Holy Bible. I was talking to Daphne and she reminded me something that I seldom think about it - Jesus is coming back very soon. We talk about our life right now and the problems we are facing. We seen people leaving Church and not doing well so we have a burden for these people and of course our family. Can anyone tell me what will happen to our life and to this world 50 years from now?An Overview of The End Time Events
The Bible said VERY clearly that Jesus is coming back for the 2nd time. 3 times in 1 chapter Jesus said " I am coming quickly" in Revelation 22. There are just too much things to share and I do not want to share everything because of various reason so I hope this overview will capture into your soul. There are 7 seals in the Bible. A seal, the Bible say is a series of event that will take place leading to the 2nd coming of Jesus. There are 2 part to the seals. The 1st part is the beginning of sorrow. The 2nd part is the climax of sorrow. I want to focus on the 2nd part because all the 1st part had already happen. The 5th seal is the Great Tribulation. Great Tribulation is when the Christian are being killed all over the world. The anti-Christ will rise and do a series of things. The abomination of desolation will happen according to Daniel in the Bible. There were many anti-Christ through out the history. People such as Hitler and Nero Caesar. The end time anti-Christ, he will have power from Satan and will be showing sign and wonder, heal the sick and deceive people. Complacency and compromise and no backbone for Jesus will be the main factors Christian and Church back out!!!
The Great Tribulation will last 3 1/2 years according to Daniel 7:25. It will be a time of trail for us. Jesus said we cannot fight back. All we can do is to run and hide if danger occur to us. So the 5th seals is Great Tribulation. The 6th seal is the blackout! The Bible say the sun and moon no longer give its light and the earth will be in total darkness. That will be the time all the wicked will run. Now is their turn to run haha. So which run do you want to involve? 1st or 2nd? Those who don't believe in Jesus will be tremble and hide all they can. When the trumpet sound, there will be a bright light shining from heaven. It is th glory of God so bright that fill the entire earth! Those Christian who were dead will resurrect and those who still around will be rapture up to meet God for the "Marriage Supper of the lamb" Once that happen, the 7 trumpets judgment will happen. World war 3 will happen when Russia and her allies attack Israel. The Bible say World war 3 will take place in the middle east and 200 Million soldiers will be involve. The bible say it very clearly this war will called "The battle of Armageddon" - The trumpet #6 There is a movie name Armageddon. They took from the Bible. It is not fairy tale or some bluff people story. It is no joke because it is all real! The 7th and last seal is the wrath of God. Christian will be judge according to the standard of relationship, obedience, faithfulness, fruitfulness, motives and power. I shall go no further and zoom in to a very important question. When will be the 2nd coming of Christ. Actually the events said in the Bible are already happening and the 5th seal is emerging slowly....
So when.....?
The Bible say nobody will know the exact timing but the season and period we will know. There will be events showing the 2nd coming. The Bible refer Israel as a fig tree. (Mt 24:32) So when the fig tree put forth its leaves, it will be the beginning of countdown to the 2nd coming. The Bible is so true... Israel officially grant independent in 1948. Israel was born as a nation. The fig tree had blossom. So People who born after 1948, they might be witness the 2nd coming of Christ. The Bible say in Luke 21:29-32, after the fig tree birth forth leaves, it will be the final generation. So how long is a generation?? The Bible explain as follow....
1) Job 42:16 - Job lived 140 years and saw 4 generation. So 1 generation is about 35 years.
2) Mt 1:17 - Abraham to Jesus was about 42 generations. Around 2000 years thus 1 generation is 48 years.
3) Ps 90:10 - According to this verse, a normal person can live between 70-80 years old. So 1 generation is between 70-80 years
4) The length of time Israel spent in Egypt. - God told Abraham that his descendants will be afflicted for 400 years and would return back to Israel in the 4th generation. So 1 generation is 100 years.
So a generation can range between 35 years to 100 years. Israel is reborn in 1948 as the fig tree put forth leaves - it is the start of the final generation in human mankind!!! So...
The 2nd coming of Jesus will be around 1983 to 2048. This year is 2008. 60th years of Israel independent. You can count for yourself. How many years left to go? It might be early than 2048 or it might be later than that. I don't know. But what I know is we are living in the very closing hours of human history. There is still alot of things to shares but beside all this information or to some people fiction story, I want to sent a strong message across to both Christian and non-Christian. I have no position to tell you what to do because i have flaws in my life and I am not perfect. But at least I am hanging on to God when I face problems in life. To Christian, you are on your right track so if you want to give up half way, then I ask you to think twice. Don't deceive by Satan God's grace is always there for us IF we truly love Him. To non-Christian, God loves you. Jesus died for your sin. It takes many years for me to fully understand many of the aspect of Christianity. To follow Jesus is a life journey and our destination is heaven. Indeed we are running out of time. God gave you 2 choices. Life and Dead. he gave you freedom to choose and will not force you. So you decide....
